What exactly is JalShield?
An automatic water level controller for overhead tanks. In effect, a water tank auto on/off switch for your motor: a wireless sensor in the tank tells the controller when to start and when to stop the pump.
Does it need a cable between the tank and the motor?
No. The sensor and controller communicate wirelessly, so there is no long wiring between the tank and the motor.
Will it work with my existing pump?
JalShield is designed to retrofit onto the pump and tank you already have, including borewell and submersible installations.
How does it protect the motor?
It prevents dry running and overflow, so your motor only runs when necessary — extending its life and saving water.
Can I still switch the motor myself?
